RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RETURNS: We DO NOT accept returns on any prints. All sales are final.
REFUNDS: Refunds will only be issued if the print is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged print, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at joannecoughlinwalsh@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the damage, and a photo of the damage. Once we receive and review your request, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. If the damage is due to the shipping process, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund once we receive the returned item.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for prints that have been damaged due to mishandling or misuse after delivery.
